The Sulphite

“Clean wine contains less sulphite tastes better  !”

Sulphites are always in wine. They evolve during fermentation and preserve the wine and prevent oxidation.
A clean, quality wine requires the addition of less sulphites. Our goal of working in an optimally hygienic manner in both the vineyard and the wine cellar shows on our label where the content of sulphites is indicated. Our wines contain far less amounts of sulphites than what is common and allowed according to EU-levels of sulphites in wine as the table bellow.

A wine with less amounts of sulphites tastes better and is healthier for the consumer.
