Solar Panels
“C02 free ! Be autonomous in energy using the resources of the sun”
Photovoltaic solar panels convert solar energy, available free of charge, into electricity. An inverter transforms this direct current into alternating current, to inject it on the network or consume it on site.
Our objective is to be completely autonomous and to produce enough electricity to ensure the supply of all our buildings: the cellar, the air conditioning, the wine shop and the offices.
The panels are installed on a part of the roof of the cellar, on the sunny side. They are made up of a multitude of cells (they resemble blue squares) that convert the light energy they receive into an electrical voltage. All the cells thus gathered produce a direct current. The amount of electricity that a solar photovoltaic panel can produce is measured by its power.
