Varietals: Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon.

Soil: Gravels with clay and limestone

Yields: 45 hl/acre

Tasting: Dark red. powerful nose of blackcurrant and blackberry, some vanilla notes. Mouth ripe tannins and fine-creamy aromas of blackberry and cassis dominant. Very good length.

Can be served with: Red meat, roasts, mushrooms and chanterelles, character cheeses …
To be served chilled:  18°C.
Can be kept: 6 to 8 years.
