Vin de pays blanc des Côtes de Thongue

Cépages: Chardonnay – Viognier.

Soil: Gravels with clay and limestone

Yield:  40 Hl per acre

Harvesting: Mid-August until end of August

Tasting Notes: Yellow golden colour. Citrus and grape fruit perfumes in the nose, fresh and very aromatic in the mouth. Wooded after-taste with a touch of salty almond.

Can be served with:all sorts of fish and shell-fish, white meat with sauce.

To be served chilled at 10/12°

Can be kept 4 or years
