Wine making: Traditional with direct pumping over and long alcoholic fermentation at 16° C.
|Tasting: Pink colour, floral and aromatic nose. The mouth is well-balanced with aromas of small red fruits. Very fresh and lively. Très frais. Grande vivacité.||To be served with : as summerwine.
