Grenache 46%, Marsanne 22%, Roussane 22%, Clairette 5%, Bourboulenc 5%.
Beautiful colour, slightly yellow, complexe nose, fruit and oak in harmony, cloudberries, yellow plums, apples, hints of tropical fruits, round and slightly creamy in mouth.

Baked fish, white meats in sauce, cooked shellfish, fresh and semi-dry cheeses
